We met Pilar on January 22 in Barcelona in what was going to be the first of many thinkglaos. Uscaptivated with its ability to make us reflect on the need to know ourselves, the awareness of the value of time, love with its full meaning and gave us keys to achieve all of this... and, of course, we did not want to let go of it!

Psychiatrist specialized in care and stress
Pilar isGraduate in Medicine and Surgeryfrom the University of Valencia, Doctor in Medicine, neuroscience program from the University of Navarra (UNAV), with an extraordinary doctorate award with European mention in 2011. She is a specialist inPsychiatryfrom the University of Navarra Clinic since 2008 and specialist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He is also a Master in Legal and Forensic Psychiatry from the Complutense University of Madrid since 2021. at the same Hospital. She is an Associate Professor at the UNAV Faculty of Medicine and a Contract Professor with a Doctorate degree from ANECA. She has been an external collaborator of IESE since 2009, teaching classes in the MBA.
As a researcher profile, he completed his doctoral thesis on first psychotic episodes with three research stays in Neuroimaging at the IOP, Institute of Psychiatry at Kings College at the Maudsley, London and at the Child Study Center at New York University, NY. Currently, he focuses his research efforts on disease prevention and mental health promotion. It follows two lines of research focused on theattention deficit hyperactivity disorder and the impact of stress and emotional dysregulation in executive function.
Pilar combines her clinical care work at the Clínica Universidad de Navarra at its headquarters in Madrid, with her teaching activity in the Medicine degree at the University of Navarra. He also collaborates by giving talks on psychoeducation and prevention of mental illnesses in Educational Institutions... and now, we add to his CV, which is now neither more nor less Official ITTT lighter.
