Ricardo Calleja

Ricardo Calleja isdoctor in Philosophy of Law and Politics from the Complutense University of Madrid, where he also obtained his degree in Law. In addition, he has been a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at IESE and a visiting professor at the Busch School of Business (Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C.) and at the Mendoza College of Business (University of Notre Dame, Indiana). He has also been researching during the summer period and for three consecutive years at the NYU School of Law (New York).

In your past, has worked as a teacher at the Villanueva University Center, and has taughtethics classes and other social philosophy issues at the University of Notre Dame, at Holy Cross College, at the University of Montevideo and at UNIS (Guatemala), among others.

Currently his research focuses on the development ofpolitical prudence in the management of organizations and in the company's contribution to the common good from a philosophical perspective. He is also working on moral and social aspects related to technological emergence and the development of non-commercial strategies for the company's interaction in the sociopolitical environment. He has published in scientific journals such as Philosophy of Management, Journal of Corporate Citizenship, Journal of Management Development and the Journal of Political Studies.

Calleja has been director of a University Residence Hall attached to the Complutense University and member of the board of directors of the National Association of Residence Halls. He frequently publishes articles in the Spanish press and is involved in citizen participation initiatives... and we are in that group.
